The UMKosher Association, under the direction of Rabbi Asher Zeilingold, provides Kosher supervision and certification for over 200 food service companies throughout the U.S.A. since 1970.

The UMKosher symbol is universally recognized as representing the highest quality of Kashrut supervision. The emblem is accepted and respected by all the major Kosher organizations. Products bearing the UMKosher seal of Kosher approval are marketed throughout the world.

UMKosher is approved by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. Any product certified by UMKosher will be permitted into Israel, after UMKosher does the necessary paperwork to satisfy the requirements of the Israeli Rabbinate. There is no Kosher agency in the world that has any privilege over UMKosher in this matter.

UMKosher works with a team of distinguished Rabbis and consultants who are highly trained and knowledgeable in every aspect of Kashrut and food sciences and modern food technology. The organization has developed a personal relationship with the food organizations they represent, to maximize the marketing potential of the Kosher certified food products.
